We're open to receiving feedback and complaints about its performance and, in particular, about the way it conducts its information gathering and investigative activities. We have a robust complaints policy in place. All complaints receive a substantive response. 

All complaints will be dealt with in accordance with our complaints policy and our obligations under the CAA Service Charter.
