Don is a professional director. He is chair of OTPP New Zealand Forest Investments Limited; deputy chair of the Civil Aviation Authority of New Zealand; and a director of Precinct Properties New Zealand Limited.
His previous corporate governance roles include being chair of Crown Irrigation Investments Limited; deputy chair of Transpower New Zealand Limited; and a director of Cavalier Corporation Limited, Sydney Airport Corporation Limited and TransAlta New Zealand Limited.
Don’s senior management roles have included being chief executive of Auckland International Airport Limited and Wellington International Airport Limited; and chief financial officer of Sydney Airport Corporation Limited.
He has also served in governance positions with a wide range of business, trade and tourism groups; and ‘not-for-profit’ organisations with interests in the community, health and natural environment.
Don has a degree in economics from Victoria University of Wellington and is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. He is a member of the Institute of Directors of New Zealand; the Australian Institute of Directors; and is a life member of the New Zealand Airports Association.
Anna Adams is a lawyer, partner and chair of the board of law firm Meredith Connell, where she leads the public law and health law team.
Anna’s legal career to date has involved public and local government law, regulatory law, judicial review, civil litigation, inquests and criminal prosecution. She has argued civil and criminal cases before the District Court, High Court and Court of Appeal, conducted and advised on reviews for public bodies, managed legislative reform processes and advised on complex government issues.
Anna is an Aucklander and has practiced law in Auckland, Wellington and New York City. She is a graduate of Yale Law School in the United States and the University of Auckland, where she was the recipient of prizes in law and politics as well as scholarships to study in the United States. She is a member of the Auckland Medico-Legal Society Committee and the Advisory Council to the Human Rights Lawyers Association.
Jill is a professional director and is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Directors. Her executive career spans over 40 years culminating in the establishment of a successful financial and management consultancy partnership, working with a range of clients in both the central government and private sectors. Jill has accumulated experience across a number of industries including investment companies, aviation, education, property, professional sport, the bloodstock industry and the resources sector.
She was a shareholder and director of Vincent Aviation Limited for many years, gaining in-depth experience of growing and operating a successful aviation business. From beginnings as a small, charter operator the company grew to be one of New Zealand’s largest, privately owned international airlines, maintaining bases in both New Zealand and Australia; and also one of a handful of operators to be granted ANZA certification.
Jill currently serves on the boards of NZX-listed Chatham Rock Phosphate Ltd and Aorere Resources Ltd and represents the aviation industry on the board of ServiceIQ (the industry training organisation representing the service sectors in New Zealand). She is a member of the Audit and Risk subcommittees of all three entities.
