This Advisory Circular (AC) describes an acceptable means of compliance with the aircraft design organisation requirements set out in Civil Aviation Rule Part 146 Aircraft Design Organisations Certification.
This AC is intended to assist organisations in gaining and maintaining certification to carry out design development and approval in New Zealand.
