In conjunction with CAA and sponsored by RD Petroleum, Aviation New Zealand are holding an interactive workshop for senior and prime persons about what the roles entail.

This workshop follows the Aviation New Zealand conference and is for existing and prospective Part 135, 137, 145, 141, 102 Senior & Prime persons.

Theme: Understanding and undertaking senior person roles effectively

Outcomes: Participants better understand:

  • Their responsibilities to CAA
  • Their responsibilities to their organisation
  • SAFETY expectations - what does SAFETY mean
  • Key elements of their role
  • Implementing a SAFETY culture
  • Encourage pathways to senior persons positions.

The workshop will include a range of experienced industry participants alongside senior CAA managers to share their extensive knowledge and experience through short presentations, panel discussions, Q&A, and workshopping. The workshop will be managed by an experienced facilitator from an aviation background.
